3rd ANNUAL 2017 AD47

MAY 2017 -- We're excited to announce that the 3rd Annual AD47 Football Leadership Academy will take place on Saturday, June 24th, in Laurel, MS. In 2015, we opened AD47 with a symbolic 53 kids (just like an NFL roster). In 2016, we expanded to 100 kids and it was completely packed. This year, we will keep it at 100 kids (ages 8-12) and the excitement is already through the roof in the small Mississippi town.

HALAPIO BACK AT OTA'S

MAY 2017 -- If it's May, its OTA's in the NFL. Big Jon Halapio joined his Giants teammates in NJ to put in the work. For Jon, that means extra reps at both Guard and Center, as the team integrates new players and new schemes.

"It's a total blessing to be back with these guys. I'm grateful for this opportunity and determined to make good on the coach's continued belief in me. There's no short cuts in the NFL."

OTA's and Mini Camps will run through mid-June, before players take a brief three-week break prior to Training Camp, in July.

DLE GOES TO HOLLYWOOD

APRIL 2017 -- We spent three packed days in Hollywood with Team USA clients Tucker West and The Knierim's for the NBC/USOC media shoots. From the Today Show, to NBC Nightly News, to E!, to BuzzFeed, to NBC Sports, and beyond, it was a busy 48-hour window.

We are so proud of these three; their hard work, dedication, and singular commitment to their craft are about to pay off in a big way.

WEST WINS WORLDS SILVER

FEBRUARY 2017 -- Tucker West continued his dominant season on the luge track with a historic silver medal at the FIL World Championships. The USA Luge mixed relays put together a scorching run--with Tucker's team-best time--to bring home a hard-fought silver for the United States.

This season, Tucker won two World Cup races, stood on the podium for two others, was named Team USA Athlete of the Month (December) for a second time, and closed out the year with a silver at Worlds. In a word...WOW!

SUPER BOWL, SUPER GAME

FEBRUARY 2017 -- In February, we packed up and headed out to the Lone Star state for meetings, media, and events leading up to Super Bowl LI, in Houston. As always, it was a quick but productive trip and will certainly put our clients in a good position heading into the off-season. This year, it was a pleasure and an honor to walk the red carpet at the Commissioner's Party--a first for the DLE Agency!

KNIERIMS BACK ON TRACK

MARCH 2017 -- The American Pairs Figure Skating team of Chris Knierim and Alexa Scimeca Knierim closed out a dominant return to the ice with a dramatic 10th place finish at the ISU Figure Skating World Championships, in Copenhagen. In so doing, they secured a Pairs spot for the U.S. at the 2018 Winter Olympics. (The actual pairs team that claims that spot will be determined at the Olympic Trials, next year.)

This came as a follow-up to their 6th place (and Top American) finish at the ever-competitive Four Continents Competition. After a tumultuous season that saw them off the ice and battling Alexa's health issues, the Knierim's were back, healthy, happy, and closing the season as the Top American team on the international scene.
